Do you require a retainer?

Yes we do. We require a non-refundable retainer to save your desired date. Your retainer is applied to your total balance and your final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding or event.

How soon should I book you?

We want to make sure all florals and any substitutions are available so we ask for full weddings you get on our books 3 months in advance.

Weather

We highly encourage you to have a back up plan if your event is outdoors as we do not provide refunds and we will not set up outside in the elements. 

Cancellation Policy (for NON custom designs)

Retainers are not refundable. You can cancel and reschedule your event with a 30 day written notice. We will honor your funds for up to a year given that the date and time of your event is available. 

Damages/Loss

All damages and loss of Dallas Blooms’ property will be subject to the customer's financial responsibility. Please make sure that you are looking over and reading your rental contract.
